How can I track my order?
I use Pirate Ship to ship all of my orders, and they generate an email with the tracking information, which I will send to you.

How can I ask for a refund?
First, please review the Refund and Returns section under Store Policies. If you meet the criteria listed, please email or DM me with your refund request.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, I can cancel it and refund you.
Please take a look at Returns and Refunds under Store Policies if the order has already been shipped.
My item is damaged; what do I do?
Take a photo of the damaged item and send it to me through my email craetivity3@gmail.com or my Instagram @craetivity3. Once the photo is received, a replacement (if in stock) will be sent, or a refund for the damaged items will be processed.
I do not offer replacements or refunds for damaged items seven days after the order is delivered.
I made a mistake in my email or mailing address; how do I fix it?
Please contact me as soon as you notice a mistake.
I will email you if I happen to notice a weird typo in an address or email to check if the information is correct.
My tracking says my order was delivered, but I can't find my package, or USPS lost my package. What do I do?
Occasionally, USPS tracking can be inaccurate and updated incorrectly, but don’t worry! Usually, the package is still on its way, and the tracking is wrong. If you don't receive your order after an additional couple of days, please contact me at craetivity3@gmail.com or my Instagram account @craetivity3 with the name and email from your order, and I will send a new order!
