Design Variations in Products
Please note that a product design online could be slightly off from the product you receive.
Buttons and Stickers: designs may be edited with different shades of the same color, different fonts, etc.
Punch Needle Art: designs may have different shades of the same yarn color
Shipping & Handling
Currently not shipping internationally.
Once your order is placed, it can take me up to 1-2 weeks to ship it.
The tracking information for your order will be sent to the email used on your order form.
The shipping price will be added to the total price of your order. Please note that your order will not be shipped until payment is received.
I use United States Postal Service first-class shipping, which can take 2-5 days (not guaranteed due to COVID-19, shipping delays, lack of staff, etc.)

Returns & Refunds
Buttons: you can request a return and refund seven days after delivery through email at craetivity3@gmail.com.
If the object is damaged during transit, please send a picture, and I can refund you or reship the product. Please specify which in the email request.
If you want to cancel an order that has not shipped yet, please contact me through email as soon as possible so I can refund you before the item is shipped.
If you want to return an object that was not damaged upon arrival, you are responsible for shipping it back. Your money will not be returned until I receive and inspect the items.
If the item is damaged upon arrival after you ship it, you will not receive your total refund. and the amount will be based on the loss of value.
You can expect your refund to come from the same payment method you used to pay for the order (CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, or GPay).
Custom Buttons are nonrefundable and cannot be returned.
However, if I make a mistake, you can either receive a refund or wait for me to fix my error and reship the order to you free of charge.
